Cancellation policy

At Pastest, our individual educational products are generally sold as one-off purchases providing fixed-term access to existing digital educational content.
Products do not automatically renew unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
1. One-Off Purchases
When you purchase a Pastest educational product, you receive a licence to access and use the content for your selected period, such as three, six or twelve months.
Your access begins when the product is activated, normally immediately following purchase.
Your licence expires automatically at the end of your selected access period. No further payment is taken and no action is required to cancel or prevent renewal.
If you wish to continue using the content after expiry, you can purchase additional access.
2. Cancellation Rights
Under applicable UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital content online normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
Where permitted by law, this right may be lost when digital content supply begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of your cancellation right, and Pastest has provided the legally required confirmation.
Where these requirements have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights remain available in accordance with applicable law.
3. Our 14-Day Refund Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, Pastest offers a voluntary 14-day refund policy for eligible products purchased directly through our website.
Eligibility and refund arrangements are explained in our Refund Policy.
Our voluntary refund policy does not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
To exercise an applicable cancellation right or request a refund, email enquiries@pastest.com.
Please provide your name, account email address and details of the relevant purchase.
You do not need to give a reason to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
We will handle requests in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
